Highlights of our account management include a dedicated account team that work with clients from contract signing through implementation to ensure that the system is customized to client specifications and launched according to plan. Post go-live support includes in-depth standard and ad-hoc reporting, clinical support for provider appeals, and consultative reviews to review data, determine ROI and recommend best practices.
Bloodhound’s account management teams are multi-disciplinary and include an Account Executive, Business Analyst, Technical Integration Manager and Clinical Consultant.
