Noro-Moseley

Founded in 1983, Atlanta-based Noro-Moseley Partners (NMP) is one of the largest and most experienced venture capital firms in the southeastern United States. Since its inception, NMP has created five limited partnership funds totaling approximately $580 million in capital and has invested in over 150 companies.

In 2000, NMP announced the closing of NMP V, a $320 million venture capital fund, the largest ever in the southeast. Its mission over the last 22 years remains the same: to partner with strong management teams to build companies of significant value.

NMP invests primarily in southeastern-based, early and established growth stage companies. This includes those in various stages of maturity, from first round financings to established companies looking for growth capital for acquisitions, recaps or shareholder liquidity. NMP’s industries of interest include technology, healthcare and business services.

Wakefield Group

Founded in 1988, Wakefield Group has provided growth capital to more than 40 companies, primarily in North Carolina. Wakefield manages more than $100 million of capital, operates offices in Charlotte and Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and is privately owned.

SSM Partners

SSM Partners is one of the largest and most experienced private equity firms in the southeast. Having invested in more than 50 companies across four private equity funds, the company’s successful record is the result of partnerships formed with gifted entrepreneurial managers. Delta Capital Management, LLC

Delta Capital Management, LLC is a Memphis-based venture capital firm founded in 1992 that manages more than $90 million in venture capital allocations from institutional investors and high-net worth individuals. Delta Capital invests primarily in the four-state region of Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. The firm also considers later-stage opportunities across the southeastern United States.
